Refund and Return Policy

At Gavya Glitzy, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in packaging and quality checking every product before dispatch. However, if you face any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You have received a damaged product, or
  • You have received an incorrect product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear proof such as photos or an unboxing video must be provided.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as personal dislike, color variation due to screen differences, or change of mind.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery items (such as earrings) may not be eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.

Items that show signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and clear proof of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the product is not eligible for return, it may be shipped back to the customer.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
